Terms of Service

Version 1.0Published 2026-04-18

This page is the agreement between you and Networkr. We wrote it in plain English, not lawyerese. If anything is unclear, email legal@networkr.dev.

1. Accepting these terms

By registering a site with Networkr, running npx networkr init, or using our API, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Standards. If you disagree with any of these, do not use the service.

If you're using Networkr on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Who we are

Networkr is operated by Heimlandr, registered in Sweden. "We", "us", and "Networkr" in these terms mean the same legal entity. "You" means the person or organisation using the service.

3. What Networkr does

Networkr generates SEO articles, cross-links them across a network of sites that share editorial standards, runs site audits, tracks keyword rankings, and (optionally) pulls Google Search Console signals to auto-heal content. The full feature set is described at /how-it-works and enforced per the Standards.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be on any sanctions list or in a country where providing the service to you is illegal for us.

5. Your account and API keys

5.1 Tenant keys

When you register a network, we mint a tenant API key scoped to that network. The raw key is shown once in the mint response and never again — we store only a SHA-256 hash. You are responsible for securing the raw key. If you suspect it has been exposed, revoke it and mint a new one immediately.

5.2 Responsibility for actions

Any action performed with a valid key is attributed to the corresponding network. We log all key events (mint, revoke, auth failure) in our audit trail.

6. Fees and billing

6.1 Free tier

The free tier (1 article per week per site, unlimited sites, full internal cross-linking) requires no payment information and has no expiry. See /pricing for the current feature list.

6.2 Pro tier

The Pro tier is billed monthly via Stripe at the per-site price shown at /pricing. Pricing is degressive — the per-site rate drops as you add sites. Current rates at the time of signup apply to each billing cycle; price changes affect only future cycles and are announced at least 30 days in advance.

6.3 Taxes

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where legally required.

6.4 Cancellation

Cancel anytime via npx networkr disconnect. Your Pro features cease at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds, except where required by consumer-protection law.

7. Acceptable use

What you may and may not publish through Networkr, how we enforce it, and how to appeal, is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. That policy is part of this agreement. Violations may result in quarantine or permanent removal, with the timeline described there.

8. Your content

8.1 You own it

Every article published through Networkr belongs to you. The text, covers, metadata, and any other outputs are yours. Networkr claims no ownership over your content.

8.2 The license you grant us

To provide the service, you grant Networkr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: (a) host and serve the content via our API, (b) process it to generate, cross-link, and audit further articles, (c) display excerpts and metadata in the public content registry and cross-site linking results, and (d) include it in transparency and lineage pages. This license ends when you delete the content or terminate your network.

8.3 Responsibility for content

You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish through your site — including content generated by Networkr that you choose to keep — complies with applicable laws, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

8.4 AI-generated content

Networkr generates content using large language models. We run the quality gates described in our Standards, but we cannot guarantee every generated claim is factually correct, uniquely original, or legally safe to publish in every jurisdiction. You are the publisher. Review outputs before trusting them in high-stakes contexts.

9. Our intellectual property

The Networkr software, brand, the networkr.dev site content, the Standards, and all related IP are owned by Heimlandr and licensed to you for use of the service only. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or rebrand the service without written permission. The Networkr engine may be released under an open-source license; any such release is documented in /standards/history.

10. Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no specific uptime guarantee on free or Pro tiers. Scheduled maintenance is communicated via the status channel. Enterprise SLA terms, when available, will be offered in a separate written agreement.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that articles generated will achieve any specific search ranking, traffic, or business outcome.

Consumer rights under EU/EEA or equivalent law are not waived by this section. Where a warranty cannot legally be disclaimed, it applies only to the minimum extent required.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

These limits apply regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, statute) and regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, these limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Heimlandr against any third-party claim arising from: (a) your content, (b) your use of the service in violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or (c) your violation of applicable law. We'll notify you promptly of any covered claim and cooperate in defense.

14. Termination

14.1 By you

Run npx networkr disconnect or call DELETE /api/sites/:id. Your data is deleted per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

14.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for: serious or repeated violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, failure to pay, or legal compulsion. For non-urgent reasons we provide 30 days' notice. On termination, sections 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Nothing in this section waives your statutory consumer rights.

16. Changes to these terms

Material changes are announced by email to active tenants at least 14 days before taking effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Every prior version is archived at /terms/history. The version identifier and date at the top of this page is the source of truth.

17. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor. There are no third-party beneficiaries.

18. Contact
